They just don't seem to be in a hurry over there and that is not great when you are paying top dollar for a very well kept nice beautiful resort with sub 5 star service. They just need a Hotel Manager who is not just keeping it clean but really making sure his staff is on top of moving fast.
Then when I misdialed it trying to reach valet, they called me back again. That all being said, the housekeeping is on their stuff, when I did call, they called back and sent someone. The folks in the Pizza restaurant move slow and do not like their job and one of the ladies was mocking a customer. The maid forgot to clean my room, the valet forgot to bring my car around. The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called and let it ring. However, they just seem to not be in a hurry. The resort has 300 hotel rooms, 68,000 square feet (6,300 m 2 ) of gaming space, including a newly built high limit area (opened late 2020) and amenities including a 36-hole miniature golf course, a buffet, and three other restaurants.
The location is decent, kinda of weird spot to stick a casino, but they make it work. Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is a casino and hotel in D'Iberville, Mississippi. The restuarants are great, the views are amazing. The food is outstanding, the casino is very nice. It's a bit of a shame because the place is pristine, clean and absolutely gorgeous.
This place is gorgeous and I will stay here again, but they are under staffed and no one appears to be in a rush.
