I told my girlfriend that's it, we are never going back to Seminole Hard Rock and she actually agreed. I was so pissed off that I let fly some foul language which they deserved. I did and after waiting on line for over 20 minutes, the agent told me that 'was just a greeting for my birthday and there was no gift or free play'. She was clueless, stating she had never seen that before and advised me to go to customer service guest relations. I flagged down a 'red shirt' manager and asked her about it. Feeling that there was something wrong with that machine, I tried another. I pressed everything that could be pressed and then some and nothing happened. When I put my players club card into my favorite machine, the screen displayed my name, a wrapped gift, balloons and a caption that read ' Happy Birthday, press for gift'. At the behest of my girlfriend, we went anyway. For the first time in 5 years, Seminole Hard Rock DID NOT send me any 'free play' for my birthday. I posted a review over a year ago about this criminal casino and now I have to write a follow up to let people know about the cruel, wicked event that I experienced just over 2 weeks ago.
